Principal's Welcome
On behalf of the students, staff, School Council and the wider school community, I extend a very warm welcome to our school. Yarraville West Primary School is a Foundation to Year 6 primary school located in the heart of Yarraville and is a proud and active member of our special and unique local community.
Our school community together shares in developing positive and happy relationships between children, staff, parents and carers. We all have a part to play in contributing to the wellbeing, learning and success of YWPS children.
We work hard to make our school the best it can be for our students; a safe and happy place for all children, built around our school values of Respect, Resilience, Teamwork, and Responsibility.
We have a wonderful school, with a supportive and involved parent and carer community, dedicated and highly skilled staff and amazing children to learn and work with.
