2026 Parent Payments 

Your generosity and ongoing support will help towards improving the quality of programs and resources offered to our students, as well as the enhancement of the playgrounds, both in the prep and senior areas.

We are targeting areas that most need our attention in the new year, for instance, your contributions to the tax-deductible building fund will be used for the upgrade and beautification of our classrooms, with new carpet and painting, as well as new pinboards and new blinds where needed.

Our prep playground equipment requires a new surface as does parts of the senior play area, a contribution to the playground improvements would greatly assist.

Compass will be open for 2026 contributions in mid-December.  We will send a notification when they go live. Contributions can be made throughout all next year to the end of 2026.

Financial Support for Families

Yarraville West Primary School understands that some families may experience financial difficulty.  We offer a range of support options, including:

• the Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF)  Click here for a CSEF Application
• Flexible payment arrangements (via Compass) & CentrePay; 
• Welfare Fund – funded by family voluntary contributions and the school to assist with funding for camps/excursions
  and/or other welfare needs
• Second hand uniform
• State School Relief – clothing & uniform support
